What is the starting point of tours?

The tours start in the Lakhta Center skyscraper, at Entrance 13 (coordinates: 59.987111, 30.178101).

On your ticket, you can find the map that shows the location of the entrance to the observation deck.

You can enter the building not more than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the tour.

How early should I arrive for the tour?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the tour and use Entrance 13 to the Lakhta Center skyscraper (coordinates: 59.987111, 30.178101). You can find the map that shows the travel directions and the location of the entrance on the lakhta.center website and on your entrance ticket.

Please note:

  • you can use your ticket to enter the building not more than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the tour;
  • if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for the tour, your entrance ticket will be canceled without refund.

Is there any security check at the entrance?

Yes, visitors undergo a security check with the use of technical equipment at the entrance to the Lakhta Center. The security staff can ask you to show the contents of your bag. If you have a pacemaker or another implant that might be affected by metal detectors, please bring with you your passport and documents confirming the presence of the implant. Please be sure to inform the staff at the entrance about your contraindications so that to undergo the adapted security check procedure.

If you refuse to undergo the security check, your entrance ticket will be canceled without the possibility of a refund.

Where can I leave my personal belongings?

During the summer period, visitors can leave their personal belongings in storage compartments.

The cloakroom will open on September 1, 2026.

Please note that no items that are prohibited to bring in can be left in the cloakroom and storage facility, namely:

  • Bicycles, scooters, roller skates and other human-powered or motor-assisted personal mobility devices; sports equipment.
  • Firearms; cold, traumatic and any other types of weapons; other items, substances and agents that can pose a threat to the safety of others.
  • Ammunition; flammable, explosive and poisonous substances.
  • Unmanned aerial vehicles.
  • Large-size items (that do not fit in the 45×54×43 cm storage compartment).
  • Objects that can cause harm to others.
  • Animals, birds, insects.
  • Alcohol.
  • Food.
  • Beverages in glass packaging.

What will we do during the tour of the Lakhta Center observation deck?

Visit to the observation deck with an audio guide

At Entrance 13, you will be required to show your entrance ticket, go through the security check and, if necessary, leave your personal belongings in the storage facility. Then you will meet the service administrator who will give you an audio guide and a mono earphone.

After exploring the exhibitions on Floors 3 and 4 of the skyscraper, you will take a high-speed elevator to the observation deck on Floor 83. The tour duration is up to 60 minutes.

After the tour ends, you will go down to Floor 4 and return the equipment to the service administrator.

Visit to the observation deck with a tour guide (a group of up to ten persons)

At Entrance 13, you will be required to show your entrance ticket, go through the security check and, if necessary, leave your personal belongings in the storage facility. Then you will meet the service administrator who will take you to the premium comfort lounge where you will enjoy a welcome service. Next, in the company of a tour guide, you will visit the exhibitions on Floors 3 and 4 of the skyscraper and then take a high-speed elevator to the observation deck on Floor 83 (first stop) and Floor 86 (second stop). You will be given time to take photos, send a commemorative postcard from a height of 365 meters and have a look at the supplementary materials on display at the observation deck.

The tour will end on Floor 4.

The tour duration is up to 90 minutes.

What is included into a visit to the Lakhta Center observation deck with a tour guide?

The tour guide will tell you about the Lakhta Center, its awards and prizes, the special features of the building structures, the engineering solutions applied, as well as about the development plans for the Big Lakhta territory.

How can a child join the tour?

Visitors under the age of 16 can go to the observation deck only when accompanied by an adult.

Strollers are to be left in the designated unguarded area inside the building on Floor 3. No stroller can be taken to the observation deck due to the limited space in the elevator.

Please note: children can feel their ears plugged when they are riding up and down on a high-speed elevator. You can take a plastic bottle of water with a capacity of not more than 0.5 liter with you on your tour.

Is the tour accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, all public spaces in the Lakhta Center are accessible for individuals with disabilities. The only restriction applies to the visits to the observation deck on Floor 86 of the skyscraper: due to safety requirements, the elevators cannot take visitors with limited mobility to Floor 86 (during a visit with a tour guide). As part of said program, visitors with disabilities are given extra time to explore the main level of the tour, i.e. Floor 83 of the skyscraper, and can sign and send a commemorative postcard.

Can I take photos and videos?

Photography and filming are allowed without the use of special equipment (such as flash, tripods, monopods, microphones, camera stands, lighting and reflecting tools, etc.).

The photos and videos are not allowed to be used for commercial purposes.

Visitors are not allowed to take photos and videos of the observation deck staff and the security personnel.

How long does a tour last?

The total duration of a visit to the observation deck with an audio guide (in a group of up to 15 persons) is up to 60 minutes, and with a tour guide — up to 90 minutes.

What if I am running late for the tour?

Unfortunately, any visitor who arrives more than 15 minutes late will not be able to join the group. The entrance ticket will be canceled without the possibility of a refund.

What items can I take with me?

  • Personal belongings that have passed through the security check.
  • A soft drink in closed plastic packaging with a capacity of not more than 0.5 liter.
  • A wheelchair. Strollers are to be left on Floor 3 inside the building.

  • Bicycles, scooters, roller skates and other human-powered or motor-assisted personal mobility devices; sports equipment.
  • Firearms; cold, traumatic and any other types of weapons; other items, products, substances and agents that can pose a threat to the safety of others.

You cannot leave any prohibited items in the cloakroom and storage facility. Please do not take them with you when you go on the tour.

What if the weather conditions cause poor visibility from the observation deck?

The weather in St. Petersburg is unpredictable, but tours of the Lakhta Center observation deck take place no matter what the weather is like and include information and objects of interest that do not depend on the weather conditions. However, should the visibility seem to be poor, you can return the ticket if your tour starts in more than 24 hours.

How can I buy tickets?

Tickets for a visit to the observation deck can be purchased via the lakhta.center website only.

Please be vigilant! By purchasing tickets from another source, you can lose your money to a ticket scam.

Do not post images of your tickets on publicly available sources, as this way they become available to other persons for their wrongful use.

How can I buy tickets for a group visit?

How can I purchase open-date tickets?

We do not offer open-date tickets for visits to the observation deck. You can use the Early Booking service and buy tickets for a date that is convenient for you; to do so, please send the corresponding request to the e-mail address a.volvak@kassir.ru.

Can I pay for my tickets in cash?

No, you cannot; tickets are sold via the lakhta.center website only and you are required to pay for them with a bank card.

Can I add tickets to my order?

No, new tickets cannot be added to an existing order.

If the event starts in more than 24 hours, you can cancel your entire order and then place a new order (a maximum of five persons per order is allowed).

I have not received my ticket via e-mail. What should I do?

1. Check your Spam e-mail folder. E-mails with the tickets are sent from the address noreply@kassir.ru.

2. If you are registered with the Kassir.ru website, you can check your Personal Account. The information on any tickets you have purchased is available in the My Orders section.

3. If you are not registered with the Kassir.ru website, you can call the contact center of Kassir.ru at 8 (812) 703-40-40 or write to the e-mail address info.spb@kassir.ru. The contact center is ready to help you every day from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

How do I return my ticket?

Ticket return for tours that start in more than 24 hours

If your tour starts in more than 24 hours, you can receive a full refund for your tickets.

To return a ticket and receive the refund for an unused ticket, you are required to send all of the below documents to the e-mail address info.spb@kassir.ru:

  1. Refund request (scan/photo of the signed refund request, the request in the PDF format).
  2. Scanned copy of the ticket (E-ticket).
  3. Scanned copy of the cash receipt (a copy of the electronic cash receipt).

The ticket operator will review the refund request within not more than 10 days from the date of its receipt.

Ticket return for tours that start in less than 24 hours

In order for the return of your ticket and the refund for an unused ticket to be approved, you are required to send all of the below documents to the e-mail address info.spb@kassir.ru:

  1. Refund request (scan/photo of the signed refund request, the request in the PDF format).
  2. Scanned copy of the E-ticket.
  3. Scanned copy of the cash receipt (a copy of the electronic cash receipt).
  4. The relevant document confirming the right to the ticket return:
  • due to the visitor’s illness: a scan/photo of the disability certificate/other medical certificate confirming that the visitor has an illness that prevents him/her from visiting the event;
  • due to the death of the visitor’s family member/close relative: a scan/photo of the death certificate of the family member/close relative of the visitor and scans/photos of the documents confirming that the deceased was a family member/close relative of the visitor.

The ticket operator will review the refund request within 10 days from the date on which the entire set of the above documents is received. If necessary, the review period can be extended to up to 30 days.

Can I exchange my ticket and change the date and time of my tour?

It is not possible to exchange a ticket and change the date or time of the visit to the event in a ticket previously purchased. If the entry time of your ticket is in more than 24 hours, you can request a refund and then purchase a new ticket for a different date or time.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Printing your ticket is not mandatory; you can show your ticket on your smartphone or other electronic device. We recommend that you save the tickets on your phone or print them in advance to be safe from possible mobile Internet service interruptions.

How many tickets can I purchase per order?

A maximum of five tickets per order is allowed.

Is there parking available?

At the moment, there is no parking available. We recommend that you take a taxi or use public transport.
