Yes, visitors undergo a security check with the use of technical equipment at the entrance to the Lakhta Center. The security staff can also ask you to show the contents of your bag.
Any person who refuses to go through the security check will not be allowed to join the tour. The ticket of such a person will be canceled without refund.
Yes, there is a cloakroom for outerwear and a storage facility for personal belongings.

You will show your ticket at the entrance, go through the security check, leave your outerwear in the cloakroom, and drop off your personal belongings in the storage facility. After that, you will meet your guide, receive an audio guide and a mono earphone.
Next, you will visit the exhibitions on the third and fourth floors of the Tower and then take a high-speed elevator to the observation decks on the 83rd floor (first stop) and 86th floor (second stop). The guide will tell you about the skyscraper, its awards and prizes, the special features of the building structures, the engineering solutions applied, as well as about the development plans for the Lakhta territory. You will be given time to take photos and have a look at the supplementary materials on display at the observation decks.
At the end of the tour, you will return back to the 83rd floor and then go down to the 3rd floor where the guide will say goodbye to the group.

Please also note:
- Children under 16 years old can join a tour only if they are accompanied by an adult.
- Teenagers (aged 16 years and older) do not need to bring any accompanying adults with them to join a tour, but they need to have their passport with them to confirm their age if necessary.

A child accompanied by an adult will be taken to the observation desk in an elevator. You will have to leave the stroller in the designated unguarded area inside the building. You cannot take the stroller to the observation deck due to the limited space in the elevator.
Please note: children can feel their ears plugged when they are riding up and down on a high-speed elevator. You can take a bottle of water with a capacity of not more than 0.5 liter with you on your tour.
Yes, the Lakhta Center public spaces are accessible for wheelchair users.
There is only one restriction: during the tours of the Lakhta Center observation deck, the elevators cannot take visitors with limited mobility to the 86th floor due to safety requirements. These visitors, however, have more time to explore the main 83th floor than the rest of the group on the tour.
Photography and filming are allowed without the use of auxiliary equipment (such as flash, tripods, monopods, microphones, camera stands, lighting and reflecting tools, etc.).
The photos and videos you take are not allowed to be used for commercial purposes.
The overall duration of a Tour of the Lakhta Center public spaces is approximately 2 hours:
- a tour of the Lakhta Center observation deck lasts approximately 1 hour 15 minutes;
- a visit to the City π installation art exhibition takes approximately 1 hour.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to join the tour if you arrive late. Your ticket will be canceled without refund, as if you missed a flight.

For obvious reasons, we cannot guarantee good weather in St. Petersburg. Tours of the Lakhta Center public spaces take place no matter what the weather is like and include information and objects of interest that do not depend on the weather conditions.

Children under 3 years old may be taken on the tour for free. When purchasing a ticket, add the children’s ticket priced at RUB 0 to your order. Each tour visitor, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

To purchase tickets using Gazprom ID:
1. Choose an event on the Lakhta Center’s website and click the Buy Tickets button;
2. On the page of the ticket purchase service that opens, click the Log In with Gazprom ID button in the top right corner;
3. Enter your valid mobile phone number (the code required for your authorization to be completed will be sent to that number);
4. If the phone number and the code you enter are correct, proceed with choosing and purchasing your tickets.
At present, group tickets (for a group of 15+ persons) can only be purchased by legal entities via a bank transfer. To purchase such tickets, please e-mail our visitor support service at group@gidevents.ru, indicating “Group visit” in the e-mail subject line.
We are ready to help you on weekdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
We do not offer open-date tickets.
No, you cannot; tickets are sold online only and you are required to pay for them with your bank card. Other payment methods are temporarily not available.
No, new tickets cannot be added to an existing order. If the event starts in more than 24 hours, you can cancel your entire order and then place a new order for another number of tickets. Please note that a maximum of five tickets per order is allowed.
If you have not received your ticket at the e-mail address you specified when purchasing the ticket, check your Spam or Promotions e-mail folder. E-mails with tickets are sometimes filtered into those folders.
If you have not found your ticket anywhere in your inbox folders, write to our visitor support service at support@gidevents.ru from the e-mail address you specified when purchasing the ticket.
Please indicate in the e-mail the surname, name, patronymic, and phone number you specified when purchasing the ticket. Attach a payment confirmation document, for example, the corresponding transaction receipt issued by your Internet bank.
The visitor support service is ready to help you every day from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
You can return your ticket not less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the corresponding entry slot.
To return your ticket, open the e-mail with the tickets, follow the Order Details link, then click the Return Ticket button and follow the instructions.
If there is less than 24 hours before the entry time of the ticket, the return option is available only for persons who have a very compelling reason not to visit (visitor’s illness, death of a close relative). If this is your case, write to our visitor support service at support@gidevents.ru.
Please attach the documents confirming the reason for the return.

Yes, if the event starts in more than 24 hours.
For a partial cancellation of your order:
- open the e-mail with the tickets and click the Return Tickets button;
- in the window that opens, choose the tickets you wish to return and follow the instructions.
It is not possible to exchange a ticket and change the date or time of the visit to the event in a ticket previously purchased. If the entry time of your ticket is in more than 24 hours, you can request a refund and then purchase a new ticket for a different date or time.
If the organizer cancels your event, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the cancellation and providing a link to the refund request form. We will send the e-mail to the address you specified at the time of placing your order. After you fill out the refund request form, you will be given a refund for your tickets.
Printing your ticket is not mandatory; you can show your ticket on your smartphone or other electronic device. Please keep in mind that for some mobile phone operators, Internet service interruptions are frequent in our area. We recommend that you save the tickets on your phone or print them in advance.
A maximum of five tickets per order is allowed.
The Lakhta Center public spaces are gradually opening their doors for the visitors; however, not all areas are accessible yet and there is no parking available. For your convenience, we recommend that you take a taxi or the metro (Begovaya metro station).

You will visit a new exhibition area on the fifth floor of the Lakhta Center Multifunctional Complex and the City π installation art exhibition which is devoted to St. Petersburg’s new mythology.
The project is a unique blend of works by contemporary artists and photographers, sound design, video art, and street art, which form the multifaceted appearance of the great city. The modern St. Petersburg is shown as a multi-layered space open for endless explications and infinite interpretations which are connected to the city’s rich culture and history.
The installation art exhibition is open Tuesday to Sunday, 11:30 am — 9:30 pm.

In February and March, the City π exhibition space at the Lakhta Center hosts a series of roundtables and public meetings with artists, cultural scientists, art experts and other cultural professionals.
These events form part of the parallel program of the exhibition and are aimed at understanding the modern image of the city in art and in cultural practices.
Happy Hours is a special promotion offering a single ticket priced at RUB 100 that allows visitors both to attend the City π exhibition and join the corresponding lecture or roundtable.
To use the promotion, you need to purchase a ticket for a particular time slot at the lakhta.center website in the same way as you would purchase a standard ticket for the exhibition.
During the selected time slot, visitors can explore the exposition and take part in the corresponding parallel program event.
Prior to each roundtable discussion, a curator’s tour of the City π exhibition is additionally held, lasting from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The tour is included in the ticket price and takes place only on those days when roundtable discussions are held.
All events take place at the Lakhta Center, in the City π exhibition space. The space is specially equipped for lectures and discussions to be held in a direct dialogue with the exposition.
