Observation Deck

CITY VIEW FROM A NEW HEIGHT

The Lakhta Center’s observation deck is the highest in Europe. It is located between the 83rd and 86th floors of the tower at a height of 365 meters. A high-speed shuttle elevator reaches it in a little more than a minute, taking the visitors to a multi-storey atrium with panoramic lifts traveling between the floors.

A unique 360-degree panoramic view of St. Petersburg and its outskirts opens from the observation deck. From here, one can enjoy the view of residential buildings and the Gulf of Finland, the Yuntolovsky Reserve with the Lakhtinsky Razliv lake and the marine facade, the best modern architectural ensemble of the city, including the Gazprom Arena stadium, the cable-stayed bridge of the Western High-Speed Diameter, the world’s highest ensemble of three water-based flagpoles flying the flags of Russia, the Soviet Union & the Russian Empire, and the Park of the 300th Anniversary of St. Petersburg, which is the youngest park of the city.
